These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Sofabet Kenya website (sofabet-kenya.com) and all associated mobile applications and services operated by Sofabet Kenya Ltd, a company registered in Kenya and licensed by the Betting Control and Licensing Board (BCLB) under licence number BCLB/2019/0547.

Only one account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts for the same customer will result in all accounts being suspended and winnings voided. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Any activity conducted from your account, including bets placed, is your sole responsibility. Minimum deposit: KES 50. Maximum daily deposit: KES 500,000. Deposits via M-Pesa are typically credited within 30 seconds. Sofabet Kenya does not charge deposit fees.
Minimum withdrawal: KES 100. Maximum single withdrawal: KES 300,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 3 minutes via M-Pesa during business hours. Identity verification must be completed before first withdrawal. We reserve the right to conduct additional verification for large withdrawals.
All bets are final once confirmed. Minimum stake: KES 25. Maximum stake: varies by event and market (displayed in the betslip). Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, odds are locked in at the displayed value.
Bets may be voided in the following circumstances: match abandonment before minimum play time, obvious odds error, duplicate bet detected, or technical error during bet placement. Voided bets are returned to the customer's balance.
If one leg of an accumulator is voided, the bet continues with the remaining selections at reduced odds. Minimum 2 selections required for accumulator bets. Maximum 20 selections per accumulator.

The Cash Out feature allows you to settle an open bet before the event concludes. The offered Cash Out value is calculated in real time based on current markets. Cash Out values may be unavailable during periods of rapid market movement or where a market is temporarily suspended. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds: arbitrage betting, use of automated betting software or bots, collusion with other bettors or Sofabet employees, money laundering, providing false registration information, and any form of match result manipulation.
To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, Sofabet Kenya shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Our aggregate liability to any customer shall not exceed the net deposits received from that customer in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated via email with 14 days notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
